The Kwara State Independent Electoral Commission Chairman,Mallam Muhammed Baba Okanla, is again inducted as a ‘MEMBER’ into the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration (CILGPAN). The event, National Conference and Induction for Local Government and Public Administrators, which was held on Saturday December 2, 2023 at Afe Babalola Hall, University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigerian was witnessed by many dignitaries across the states. Okanla, who is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered since 2015 expressed his happiness towards the development as he commended CILGPAN for the honour.
